Framed or made-to-order works may take up to 4 weeks. 返品・交換 （返品特約） Returns & Exchanges	お客様のご都合（イメージ違い・思い違いなど）による返品・交換は承っておりません。作品は繊細であり、一点物である場合があるためです。商品ページに別段の記載がある場合はその記載によります。 商品に破損・欠陥がある場合、または異なる商品が届いた場合は、返品・交換または返金を承ります。到着後48時間以内のご連絡を推奨し、遅くとも到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。ご連絡の際は、(1) 外装箱、(2) 内装・緩衝材、(3) 破損箇所や不具合が分かる写真と、ご注文番号を添えてお送りください。返送料は、破損・欠陥・誤配送による場合は当社が負担いたします。 Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted, as artworks are delicate and may be one-of-a-kind, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours (no later than 3 days) of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging and the damage, together with your order number. We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund and bear the return shipping cost in such cases.
注文のキャンセル Cancellations	商品が未発送で、かつ制作・額装などの加工を開始していない場合に限り、キャンセルを承ります。発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。 Orders may be cancelled only before shipment and before any production or framing has begun. Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment.
